After filing your complaint:

  • Within 5 days of receving your complaint, we will send a letter to let you know that it is being handled 
  • Within 15 days of receving your complaint, you will get a response, if possible, or we will inform you if we will need more time to complete our investigation and we will send you our final response within no more than 35 additional days
